HAMBERGER.
Robert Hamberger is a published poet of six poetry pamphlets and four full-length collections including Blue Wallpaper (Waterloo Press, 2019), which was shortlisted for the Polari Book Prize. He has been shortlisted and highly commended for Forward poetry prizes, awarded a Hawthornden Fellowship and won Chroma's International Queer Writing Competition 2006. His poetry has appeared in numerous magazines, including Gay Times, The Gay & Lesbian Review, The Spectator, The Observer, New Statesman and The Poetry Review. His prose memoir, A Length of Road: Finding Myself in the Footsteps of John Clare was published by John Murray in 2021 and his fifth collection of poetry, Nude Against A Rock, is due to be published by Waterloo Press in 2024.
